SMS Use Disclosure
Messaging program terms.
Les Productions Bowstudio Inc. operates a toll-free messaging program in connection with the Celestia Experience tour technical helpdesk. This page describes how the program works, who receives messages, and how to opt out.
Program operator
Les Productions Bowstudio Inc., a Quebec corporation (the "operator"), provides 24/7 technical support to venue managers and on-site technical teams hosting Celestia Experience performances. The program is operated through carrier-verified toll-free number +1 (888) 609-7469.
How opt-in is collected
The program is strictly transactional. Authorized venue technicians and on-site managers voluntarily provide their mobile number on the public ticket-submission form at support.celestiahub.io (PIN-restricted to venue staff who have been issued a credential by their producer). Phone numbers are not collected through any other channel.
The form contains a clearly-labeled mandatory phone-number field, with the consent statement reproduced verbatim immediately below it. Both are shown to every user before they can submit. The verbatim layout, exactly as rendered:
The program does not send marketing, promotional, or solicitation messages of any kind. No SMS is ever sent to a number that has not been entered into the form and submitted with the consent statement displayed above.
What subscribers receive
- Ticket-creation confirmations after submitting a support request.
- Updates from on-call technicians as the ticket is worked.
- Resolution notifications when the ticket is closed.
Sample messages
The three message types subscribers may receive, reproduced verbatim:
Celestia Support: Ticket DEN-0142 received. Your on-call tech will respond shortly. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. — Bowstudio
Celestia Support: Arnaud (Tech): "Try cycling power to the projector and check the SDI input cable." Reply with any follow-up. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. — Bowstudio
Celestia Support: Ticket DEN-0142 is resolved. Thanks for using Celestia Support. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. — Bowstudio
Verbal consent (voice line)
When a venue technician dials +1 (888) 609-7469 instead of using the web form, the IVR greeting captures verbal consent before any SMS is sent. The greeting, played to every caller:
SMS notifications tied to a voice ticket follow the exact same opt-out behavior as web-form submissions.
